But it’s not only what consumers can get that has changed dramatically: online shoppers enjoy a level of convenience today that would have been unfathomable even a decade ago. Today’s customers have high expectations, are well-informed and quick to seek out a new provider of a product or service if they feel a business is offering a sub-par experience.
Given this context, it’s no wonder that a primary preoccupation of businesses of all sizes is to deliver a customer-first experience across all channels.
